Finally, a fully bolt-on coilover solution for the classic E30 M3 that doesn't require cutting or re-using parts of your stock strut assemblies. KW has reproduced a forged spindle that comes complete and assembled to the front E30 M3 sized strut tubes, ready to install on the car. This height-adjustable coilover is a ready-to-go solution out of the box. V1s allow a wide range of ride height adjustability with preset damping levels, so the M3 chassis-specific tuning is already set by KW engineers.

This E30 M3 V1 kit is long overdue, and as anyone familiar with BMW tuning knows, KW has a strong reputation for delivering long-term reliability. They refused to release a coilover solution until the proper design could be achieved. After many years of development and testing, they've finally paired the corrosion-resistant stainless steel V1 "inox-line" shock design for the E30 M3 platform. Variant 1 coilovers may be considered KW’s entry-level model that allow you to give you car an great look with custom ride height, but when compared to "other" E30 M3 coilovers they are certainly an upgrade in all ways. The E30 M3 V1 coilover kit is designed for pure, trouble-free driving pleasure.

The dirt-resistant trapezoid thread and composite collar mean that you’ll always be able to quickly and easily adjust your M3's ride height when needed, regardless of how many years or seasons they’ve been installed. Adjusting ride height is a simple task, with one-piece composite height adjusters on the front dampers and height adjusters sitting either above or below the rear rings.

Not everyone with an E30 M3 needs or wants to adjust damping levels, so for those who simply want adjustable ride height with dampers set to match the spring rates for sporty yet practical use, the E30 M3 V1 comes pre-tuned based on KW’s extensive experience with the E30 M3 chassis.
