This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 61358350377 (61 35 8 350 377) and is described as “Bulb Testing Device.” This is the module which tests lamps and bulbs to determine if any light bulbs are blown, failed, out, not working, etc. If your LCM (light control module) has failed, perhaps due to water intrusion or internal short/failure, you may need a new or serviced unit to clear your bulb control warnings, or fix your lighting woes.
This is a professional serviced and rebuilt unit by Programa. They take an original BMW unit that has failed and have sophisticated methods of electronics repair that allow them to return a failed light control module to “better than new” and give you many years of trouble-free use.
Sending in or returning your old LCM is optional, but is available if you want to take advantage of a core return / core refund.

A core charge applies to this purchase. The supply of original parts for rebuilding keeps the final purchase price low. The core must match the part that was supplied in terms of fitment, type, application, accessories, and hardware. Damaged or modified cores will not receive a refund. A core charge can only be refunded once the core has been inspected and approved. Click here for our Core Policy.
