This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 63127162201 (63-12-7-162-201) and is described as Headlight Left for all 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 model BMW X3. These are the facelifted style also known as "LCI" or life cycle impulse by BMW, which have a slightly updated design starting in the 2007 model year. 

If your X3 has a cracked, broken, leaking, pitted, sand-blasted, faded or yellowed headlight lens, it may be time to replace the bad headlight with a fresh unit. This is a LEFT side (driver side, US Spec) headlight assembly. It will not fit BMW X3 models before the 2007 model year, or after the 2010 model year. For non-xenon (standard halogen) headlights only.
