This is Genuine BMW part number 6321731304040 (63 21 7 313 040) and is described as Right Rear Outer Taillight for F30 3 Series and F80 M3 (pre-LCI / pre-facelift). 

This tail light is for 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 model years, prior to the tail light redesign that occurred after the 2015 model year. 

If your right side (passenger side, on LHD / US cars) is cracked, broken, smashed, or has leaked and has condensation inside of it, this brand new replacement tail light can complete fix your F30 or F80 M3 tail light issues.
