Schroth Adjusting Grips slide into the ends of 2" lap and shoulder helps and give your fingers something to grab onto when tightening and loosening the straps. Without these your hand has nothing but the end of the belt to grasp. These save time and effort. Set includes enough Grips for one harness (four Grips total). Fits 2" belts only (3" have a similar system already in place).
