Rear Shock Blocking Ring Clip, BMW - F82 M4 GTS

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 31317845115 (31 31 7 845 115) and is described as the "blocking ring" used at the top of the rear spring to set the factory ride height for street use. BMW needed to lock in a set ride height for street use and this ring is installed under the spring so the ride height is not too low for recommended street use. These are often removed and lost, especially when setting the ride height or corner balancing for track use. Sold per ring.
