Adjustable Front Thrust Arms, SPL - G8X M2/M3/M4 (RWD)

Lowering your G87 M2, G80 M3 or G82 M4 involves compromises that you can either live with or correct using more specialized parts. This front upper thrust arm (aka tension strut, upper control arm, pull rod) is the latter - positioning the control arm for optimum alignment during the full range of motion. Rod ends and spherical bearings eliminate flex and binding inherent in the factory rubber bushings, reducing deflection and alignment change under load. Spacers are included to correctly position the ball joint with the new roll center on lowered vehicles.

Fitment Note: Only for rear wheel drive (RWD) models. These arms do not fit AWD models.

Designed for track/racing use only but includes headlight adjusting rod. Special droop-limiters in the shocks are not required with these arms. Use of solid and spherical bushings will have more noise and harshness than any other material and are not recommended for street use.

Note: BMW calls for replacing the hardware (1 bolt, 1 nut) during installation. The original installation of the bolt included an extra tightening that stretched the bolt to reduce the possibility of it coming loose. A bolt with the factory torque procedure must not be re-used.
