This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 33506895144 (33 50 6 895 144) and is described as the right rear sway bar (anti-roll bar) link for G26 i4 Gran Coupe models. This link connects the bar to the wheel carrier/hub and contains a ball joint at both ends. The ball joint can be the source of clunk, knock, and clicking noises, especially when going over small bumps.
