Pneumatic Spring / Air Bag - E53 X5 Rear Left - 37126750355

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 37126750355 and is described as Pneumatic Spring, Left Rear, as used on some of the first generation (E53 chassis) BMW X5 models. The E53 BMW X5 was offered in model year 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006.  

Fitment Note: For cars with factory rear air bag suspension / self-levelling system and the Sport Package / Sport Suspension option.  

Has your 2000-2006 BMW X5 suddenly developed a super saggy rear suspension? This may be due to a deflated rear air bag / air spring. And if your X5 is a Sport Suspension Packaged equipped car with the rear air suspension / self-leveling system, it's just a matter of WHEN the rear air system fails, not if. If your right rear (passenger side rear, on US / LHD models) has completed deflated, it me be a failed / punctured air bag. The right rear wheel will look completely “broken” and cambered in a funky angle. It is NOT safe to drive on this, and driving could cause more damage, ruin your tire, or cause an unsafe driving scenario or accident.
