This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 32216777451 (32-21-6-777-451) and is described as E60 Xi Tie Rod Assembly, for 6 cylinder non-turbo models. This tie rod fits all 2004-2010 model 525xi, 528xi, 530xi and 535xi sedans (E60) and wagons (E61). This includes the 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 models years. 

This tie rod can be found on both the left (driver side) and right (passenger side) of the vehicle. Be sure to buy both sides if you are doing a proper overhaul. If one side as failed or has play, the other side is likely to go next very soon.
