Power Steering Pump, Meyle - E82 135i, E9X 335i with Active Steering

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 32416779245 (32-41-6-779-245) and is described as a Power Steering Pump for E90/E92/E93 335i (RWD) and E82 135i -- with Active Steering option only. 

If your 335i, 335is, 135i or 135is came with the optional active steering, and you need a replacement power steering pump, you will need to buy a pump for the specific active steering models. This pump can be used on any 335i/135i sedan, coupe, or convertible as long as it came with active steering (option code 0217 / S217A = Yes).  

Replaces BMW part numbers 32416779245 (32-41-6-779-245), 32414044440 (32 41 4 044 440), and 32414042631 (32 41 4 042 631). 

For RWD rear wheel drive models only with the N54, N55 or N54T engines. Not for cars with xDrive (AWD) system.

This is a new, not rebuilt, steering pump so no core charge applies.

Fluid note: new pumps are designed with seals compatible with CHF11S or EHF. ATF or similar "Power Steering Fluid" should not be used. Mixing CHF and ATF is not recommended and may lead to premature failure of the seals, pump, or rack and void the warranty. A complete flush of the entire steering system is recommended. We strongly urge you to add the CHF label to the cap on your reservoir (BMW part #71212122171).
