This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 32412283595 (32 41 2 283 595) and is described as the lower Power Steering Suction Hose for E90 / E92 / E93 M3.
This is an intermediate piece from the reservoir hose to the power steering pump. It has an aluminum elbow. Ideally, you would replace both the upper hose and this at the same time (the upper hose is probably leaking too). A hose clamp is used at both ends (sold separately, see Related Items below).
