This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 7119904101 (07 11 9 904 101) and is described as Genuine BMW Fillister-Head Screw. 

You will find these unique fillister head screws on the rear sway bar setup of the 2001-2006 E46 M3 and 2005-2008 E85 Z4 M, as well as the timing / VANOS setup on the S85 V10 engine used in both the 2006-2010 E60 M5 and the 2006-2010 E63/E64 M6. 

Sold individually. Be sure to order enough for your application. On rear sway bar bushing bolts, you'll want 4 to do the job, while on the S85 V10 timing gear there's just one of these. 

This screw is also used in a host of other BMW Euro models, for various purposes, but in the USA it's limited to these M car applications.
