Front camber plates are essential on the BMW G42, G20, G22, G87, G80, and G82 to improve steering turn-in, reduce understeer, prolong tire life, and help with extra-wide tire clearance to the fender. More negative camber in the front makes a very big improvement in the way the car drives - giving you sharper steering at corner entry and more grip through the corner. It also helps with tire wear as the factory camber settings will cause excessive outside tire wear when driven spiritedly. It can also help with fender clearance when fitting wider wheels and tires where outside tire rub is common.
