Clutch Alignment Tool, BMW - E82 135i, E9X 335i, E60 535i, E89 Z4 35i (N54)

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 83300495449 (83 30 0 495 449) and is described as the clutch alignment tool to center the clutch disc on the flywheel when assembling the pressure plate. Most OEM clutch kits should come with this tool but some may not or maybe you need one after the fact. This tool only fits with the 6MT (manual transmission) clutch assembly, not the DCT dual clutch. This tool is for the OEM self-adjusting clutch. If you have a non-SAC you likely need part #BMW105.

Note: there are two versions of a clutch alignment tool for N54 and N55 engines. From what we can tell this one is only for the N54 engine. This one does not have the snout for the end of the crankshaft/pilot bearing and the hex screw is offset to the edge.
