This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11128644675 (11 12 8 644 675) and is described as a SINGLE Torx head bolt for B46 and S58 engines. We offer a OEM set of 10 for the B46 engine but the S58 requires four more bolts. For the S58 buy two sets or buy individual bolts.

New head bolts are required any time the head bolts have been loosened or removed for any reason. They stretch when properly tightened so re-using them again will not tighten the head and gasket all the way. These are stock replacement head bolts, for cars with stock compression. For forced induction, or any car that has the head removed on a regular basis, we strongly recommend an ARP Head Stud Kit. ARP head studs are re-usable and stronger. But for a street car or daily driven car these stock replacement bolts are the recommendation.

This is a Genuine BMW head bolt with a two year warranty. Buying a Genuine part will usually be more expensive than an OEM or aftermarket brand but you are assured that it meets BMW's designs for fitment, performance, and longevity. It will also be the very latest design, incorporating any updates or revisions that an aftermarket brand typically will ignore.
