This part is more commonly known as the turbo boost solenoid valve, and was used on M57 6 cylinder diesel engine variants. This part was used in the United States on the E90 335d for model years 2009, 2010, and 2011, as well as on the E70 X5 35d in model years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. 

Sold individually. There were two of these used per car, so be sure to order enough for your job. We recommend replacing them both at the same time. Be sure to add two to your shopping cart if you are replacing both boost solenoid valves for your M57 diesel application.
